1. Do you offer click and collect?
Yes, we offer click and collect during our regular Wellard warehouse hours of 9:30am - 6:30pm
Please note: We are not a store, pickup can be done by appointment only. We will message you once your order is ready to collect. Urgent orders can be filled on the day.
2. Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale pricing. Please email us at email@example.com for wholesale enquiries and wholesale pricing conditions.
3. My order has not arrived can you follow up?
Once your order has been dispatched we will provide the tracking details. We recommend that you follow up directly with the delivery provider using the tracking provided in your order correspondence. We will always try to help if it can't be resolved this way.
